Tour through Bundesfachschule in Harztor
Bundesfachschule in Harztor-Niedersachswerfen in Thuringia was opend in 1993
The new building with a total floor space of 3,600m2 was opened in 2003.
Three Seminar rooms and a lecture hall equipped
with state-of-the-art presentation technology
are now available for the theory lessons.
Two refrigeration workshops
with 32 cool rooms and refrigeration units are used
to practise refrigeration plant construction.
At 20 workbenches and 16 soldering work stations
trainees learn the basic skills of metal tube bending, pipe joining and brazing methods.
In the refrigeration laboratory equipped with 16 work stations
students install various types of refrigeration plants,
simulate different system states and record and evaluate collected data.
Electrical engineering laboratory
The electro-laboratory boasts 16 work stations.
Here the students are taught to work
with different electrical and control circuits.
